Veľký Milič 895m ASL is a mountain on the Slovak-Hungarian border in the Slanské vrchy / Slanske mountains. It is the highest peak of the Hungarian mountain range Zempléni-hegység.
Veľký Milič National Nature Reserve was declared a state nature reserve in 1967.
About 500 meters from the main peak, there is the Károly Lookout (Károlyi-kilátó) on a secondary peak, which provides views of the landscape. The lookout tower is 16.8 m high, and its highest accessible part for tourists is at a height of 11 meters.
